A few of us arrived on Wednesday to get an early start. Campers starting rolling in around noon and getting settled in.
Had Happy Hour with the group at John and Pat’s site.
Headed to dinner at the Bungalow Inn. Had a very nice dinner there. Service was good and food was great!
Had 13 rigs here with us this rally, nice turn out.
Thursday there was coffee and doughnuts at 9:30 at John & Pat’s, furnished by George and Linda. Had a nice time to chat and catch up with everyone.
Those that were going on the Princess Cruise met at the boat around 1:30 and the boat left at 2:00. Had a nice cruise through the channel into Lake Michigan and down the coast line, into Portage Lake near Onekama. Perfect day for a boat ride. The tour got back to the dock just before 4:00 P.M and we met over
at John & Pat’s for the evening group gathering .
Saturday morning there was coffee and doughnuts in the Pavillion. We furnished the doughnuts today. Played games before lunch break and before the potluck in the evening.
Aimee and Amy furnished the meat for the potluck. We had cheesy hot dogs, pork barbeques and sloppy joes. There, of course, was plenty of salads, vegetables and desserts to go around. Had our business meeting and then played a game of bean bag baseball. We had a lot of fun with this! Had a nice day and the weather worked with us.
Sunday morning there was coffee and doughnuts furnished by Lee and Suzie.
Everyone who played the baseball game last night said they had a good time.
People that didn’t play said they could hear us hooting and hollering back at their campers!
We had to be checked out by noon so everyone started packing up and heading out.
