At 8 p.m. president Dave Flickinger opened the September 17, 2010 meeting. There was a great attendance of 26 coaches. Our Fall rally was held at Indigo Bluffs Rally Park in Empire, MI.

Our rally hosts were Gary and Nancy Scholl and Bob Boomstra.

Larry Philips, vice president, introduced our newest members- Michael and Jean Knox from Climax, MI.

Larry also introduced our guests: John and Sharon Princer from Grand Rapids, Barry and Ginny Stevens from Caledonia, Sandy and Darlene Johnston from Livonia, and Peggy and Danny Smith from the Ann Arbor area.

Ruthi Wattles secretary’s report was accepted and posted.

Lee Brinks treasurer’s report was accepted and posted.

Tom Spedding our alternate national director, traveled to Redmond , Or for the FMCA National Rally. He talked of by law changes, layoffs, and numbers down in membership. Our new National Vice President Great Lakes Area is John Walker. He is replacing Ross Boyer.

Gary Scholl gave Maggy and Angel Vendrell a certificate for all the endless hours of photography work for the club.

Election of new officers as follows: Larry Phillips - President, Judy Truxal - Vice President, Tom Spedding - National Director, Suzie Brink - Alternate National Director. The summer rally closed ballot to vote absentee.

Lee made a motion to vote on the slate of officers as one ballot. Bob Standley seconded. It was passed and carried.

Dave talked of our part at G.L.A.S.S. We help with the parking of all the coaches and setting tables. He encouraged members to sign up to help in 2011.
